Some of the reward counter clerk was helpful but overall floor staff including casino bartender services weren’t that great….not very welcoming vibes. Kinda stand off ish… very overpriced for not so great service and room. Pool was smaller than expected. I will stay somewhere for that price.

Our room was on the 12th floor and very quiet. Clean and spacious and the shower pressure was incredible. We really enjoyed our stay.
