"The customer service was amazing! Nikki and Crystal (sp?) went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Beautiful decor and we loved that it is was adult only and the pool was available 24 hours. The only thing that disappointing was that the Jacuzzi was not in service but hopefully it will be fixed by the time we come back."

"I visit annually and love The Plaza! This stay my family was in 410. The room size was perfect, love the oven, dishwasher, and 2 bathrooms. My complaint is the skylights! That room does not get dark (there is a light in the middle of them) so there is always light shining in. Then the morning sun directly shines in the room when it rises, and on the bed by 8am. We love all the staff!! They are very nice to my family - and we can be loud and pesty!"

"Had a great stay at this Hilton hotel. I was early to arrive and the staff was very accommodating allowing me to check in early which I truly appreciated after a long redeye flight. The room was super comfortable and clean. I had the breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy; it was surprisingly good. I can’t say thank you enough to Liz, at front desk for offering such a warm welcome to this weary traveler!!"
