"Clean"

"The facility is spotless, the rooms well appointed. The breakfast offerings are 5 Star. Shops àre a 10 minute walk from Klouschter. Direct busses to Luxembourg Gare are a 10 minute walk from Klouschter (at Casino 2000). Of the Front Desk Staff, one Staff Member could not do enough to be helpful, including speaking English, and, writing information on paper with pen. The other Front Desk Staff member could not have been more rude, including providing misleading information and 'No English' ......

"There was construction of a new hotel , banging started at 7:30 Am for the entire stay. I booked a room with 2 beds and there was an error and they said the room was only for 1 person, on check in they said”don’t worry we see you have 2 beds” On check out they charged an additional 200 Euros without prior notification. It is also far from the train station, they have no Hôtel transport so be prepared to spend 150 euro for round trip. It is also 150 euros round trip to downtown Luxembourg ....

"Das Zimmer kann man maximal auf 21 Grad erwärmen, Standard 18 Grad. Wer es mag, ich würde 21 bis 25 Grad bevorzugen. Frühstück war groß, mir zu einfach und mir hat der Kaffee nicht geschmeckt. Das ist aber persönliche Einschätzung. Zimmer war sehr groß mit ausreichend Platz."

"We hebben de ruimere kamer gekozen en waren zeer tevreden, de kamer was netje ruim en schoon. Slippers aanwezig en een koffiemachine. De badkamer is ook ruim schoon en voorzien van shampoo, body wash en conditioner. Personeel is aardig en vele spreken meerdere talen. Er is een kleine bar met lounge gedeelte en een ontbijt zaal met diverse ontbijt opties. Rondom het gebouw is parkeer mogelijkheid maar je kunt ook gebruik maken van de overdekte parkeergarage van het hotel tegen betaling. In de...

"This hotel needs a major refurbishment, I like the 1970's early 1980's style, but the hotel is just not worth the price. One of the elevators was not working, the carpets are worn and tired, the rooms are OK at best. Overall the hotel just needs a wake up call."

"La propreté était correcte, il ne fallait pas regarder attentivement. Nous avions deux chambres, l'une avait un problème avec le mitigeur de la douche et l'autre avec le sèche-cheveux. L'établissement accuse le coup du temps. Le cadre reste calme et reposant. Un rapport qualité-prix correct."
