"Need to upgrade rooms on 1st floor. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and about to fall off. We spent the first night in a room that was 78 degrees. They could not move us and maintenance was not there until the morning. It was a horrible night with outside temps 96-100 degrees."

"I found that there was a leak on the bathroom floor because when I walked in I slipped. I immediately notified the front desk and they sent someone to confirm that there was a leak but I was told there were no other rooms available. I asked for a refund so I can go to another hotel but was told no refunds were allowed. Very disappointing. My guest and I safety was in danger the entire weekend."

"The breakfast arrangement does NOT work for the number of guests on a holiday or weekend. Consists of only 1-cook no servers and 2 unattended small-sized cater-type warmers for eggs & meat. Once emptied, long lines waiting for refill of eggs/meat for 20-mins or more. Ended-up with no breakfast….drove over to Hilton Embassy Suites for breakfast."

"This place served its purpose. Not our usual accommodations but it was last minute. Air conditioning worked well, it was over 100^ outside during our stay. Not a great area, away from all the shopping. The continental breakfast was a joke, it literally was served at the front door next to the check-in lobby. Needless to say, we didn’t partake. It was quiet and a fast check out. We had a king size bed and there were 3 couch size pillows to use that were nearly as hard as rocks, couldn’t use them."

"They had smoking rooms and non-smoking rooms we went into the smoking first and it looked like they threw the box springs in mud and just put them back in the room. We went to the non-smoking room on one bed obvious dog hair all over I have pictures and the other bed had been used. If I didn't have to give any stars they would have got zero. Unless you are absolutely desperate no matter of fact sleep outside."

"The room was not cleaned, there were stains and food debris on the sheets, clear signs of bedbugs being present, all metal surfaces were rusted over, the mattresses were damp and sticky, the "staff" was a video kiosk that connected to a call center. Even after not staying in the room at all, and alerting the "staff" of all the issues and that I wanted to cancel my stay (I wasn't in the room for more than 10 minutes before deciding to leave) they refused to refund my money unless they showed me...

"If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!"

"This was a great place to stay, especially because we didn't want to pay for extra amenities we weren't going to use. Everything was clean and it's walking distance to water and a great diner around the corner. Definitely recommend."

"Never again! I arrived to a trash strewn parking lot. Sitting area adjacent to filthy front door was disgusting. Dirt. Trash and cigarette butts on the ground. Worn, dirty mat at entrance. Long check-in process. Stained, dirty carpets in corridors, elevator and room. Room door propped open with heavy desk. No towels or washcloths. Interior parts of fridge displaced or missing. FILTH on surface beside fridge. Hair in fridge. No lid or plastic bag for ice bucket. Glass tray missing from...

"The room was totally gross. I wouldn’t even recommend for a one night stay honestly. staff were amazing though and very sweet. rooms definitely need an upgrade though and standard cleaning protocol should be followed."
