"The hotel was amazing. The room was very clean. The breakfast was amazing. The only downfalls were one elevator was out of service which just left one to operate for the entire hotel, the pool had visible brown stains which made it uninviting and a few of the exterior doors were broken so you couldnt enter with your key. "For my first time visiting in Kentucky, I’m glad I picked to stay at Regina’s Country Living. Hostess : Top notch hospitality; Regina looked out for everyone who stayed for the Kentucky Derby event like a mother. Our breakfast was homemade each morning, and it definitely brought back memories with of my grandma for Sunday and Christmas breakfast specials. "The building was very old and run down. Carpet and floors dirty when you walked in to check in. Front desk guy was friendly. We were given one key and took the elevator that made noise as the door closed up to our floor. Our room was run down, old, and noisy air conditioner unit, toilet that hardly flushed, and got plugged and when my husband went down to tell them, they handed him a plunger. Unreal. The only good thing I’ll say is that the bedding- sheets and blankets were clean. "

"I had a terrific stay and the staff were super friendly and helpful. But when I woke up with mysterious bites all over me, I did my research. I have several videos and pictures of the copious amounts of bed bugs in my sheets. I brought it to management attention and again were super helpful. However, after staying several nights before the discovery, we were only compensated for ONE! So beyond furious! Just do better people. That is all."

"We stayed here previously but this time it was horrible. The refridgerator didnt work since day 1 out of my 3 day stay. The AC didnt work . Tje feont desk receptionist tried to take payment and it was their system error , he handed keys and we went to the room. Early morning at 5am i see my card was slided almost 11times. My husband went to ask so early in the morning and then by the time it was figured my card was blocked by the bank for possible fraud activity. I am not sure what was wrong...
