The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, banks, and other essentials all within walking distance. The hotel offers a more boutique, self-guided experience, but help is always available when needed. The manager was friendly, responsive, and made my stay even better. "The room was laid out practically with not a lot of space to sit or put things away. There was no cable tv but that wasn’t a problem since we rarely watch tv when in Toronto. Parking was located across the street via laneway under the grocery store so it was semi secure (better than being on the street) but not worry free. The main issue is that our room faced the south side (Queen street) so we could hear all the traffic including the streetcars. All that said, the room had a rustic charm...

"The room was spacious with a separate lounging area with a deep seated couch and tv. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself seemed to be on the tail end of a renovation with visible signs of construction material (pieces of trim were missing, some surfaces needed to be clad,…). "Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch...

"Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Even with dealing with the World Cup and dealing with a national team staying it didn't feel like we were secondary guests. The room had some minor issues like loose electrical sockets and the dishwasher did leak after being used. However the rest of the room was fantastic and you can't beat the view! The Delta is our only choice when we visit Toronto!"
