"Everything was good. Food, clean, big room. Staff was ok but they denied that there was a huge noise in our room. Sounded like a train. We figured out after a couple hours that it was the air conditioner. Made a big rumbling noise so we turned it as low as we could but it was hot outside so had to have it on some. We will stay there again though. The room was so nice."

"This Hampton Inn in Bakersfield, CA was very clean and well-run. The front desk workers were polite and attentive. There is secure, gated parking. The A/C was cold, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-situated. The pool and hot tub were clean and had decent hours. The breakfast was outstanding - clean eating area, fresh fruit, and a variety of hot and cold items. I would stay here again."

"Hotel is under construction on second floor. Noise was minimal but still scared my dog We were on first floor"

"Our 8 year old was hospitalized the day before the trip…at valley children’s hospital and the hotel couldn’t make an exception to postpone the reservation. Not family friendly."

"The hotel has a modern decoration elements, showing that some of it is remodeled although there are parts of the room that are obviously not remodeled such as the bathrooms specifically the toilet. The a/c also had a bad smell whenever it was turned on or it might have been the carpet that had odors which were magnified by the a/c. There was a strong smell of pee and I found a dead critter next to the a/c. The breakfast was decent, there were no warm food items like eggs, bacon, or sausages so...

"Kitchenette included microwave and refrigerator. We had a king suite which had a spacious bedroom with door. Livingroom included a sleeper sofa. 24 hr gym was very convenient. There is also a central pool but we didn't get a chance to use it. Staff was very nice. There is also a cafe in the main lobby. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Staff was excellent and we were the only ones at the pool and it was very nice and quiet. Had fun at the bar for drinks and food. Quick 1 night stay."

"The suite was really nice. Looks like the hotel renovated the rooms. They where up to date and clean. The main lobby however was under renovation this the breakfast area was not available. They had to resort in giving out Breakfast in to go bags. Kind of kills the experience a bit. At check in the staff did apologize for the renovations and even offered free cancellation. Will stay again once it's completed."

"What a fantastic place to stay! From the staff to the cleanliness of the room and to the nice continental breakfast that was put out with eggs and sausage and potatoes and cereal and fruit and waffles. It’s a no-brainer, let’s just say Two stay for two nights. That’s for breakfasts that are probably $15 each so you might as well just take $60 off your bill and then go well. I guess that wasn’t that expensive. It included a great breakfast all you can eat."

"Since we were passing through we only stayed one night but it was a delightful stay after a long day on the road. Since we planned to go up highway 99 the location of the hotel is very close by and easy to access. The staff greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome. Our room was perfect, clean and the amenities were spot on. The following morning we went down to the lobby for breakfast and again were greeted by a wonderful, smiling staff. The breakfast was excellent, abundant and there was...
