"I reserved a room for two queen beds. They had apparently overbooked and I was provided a single king bed which was not sufficient for my stay. The usual hold that is applied to a credit card has yet to be released and the staff has made little effort to facilitate assisting in that release. It has been approximately 2 and 1/2 Weeks since my check out and well beyond the stated time that a hold should take to be released."
