"Avoid The Landing. This is not a hotel like it is listed on Expedia. It is an app obstacle course with no staff and no support. After booking they required extra ID uploads and forced me to download multiple apps including Clear just to check in. I arrived at 5 pm to no front desk and no assistance, only locked hallways and a digital lockbox I could not open because nobody at Landing HQ responded. "This place was located centrally to everything you could imagine visiting and located well away from the heavy traffic. The house is very well kept, and smelled amazing upon arrival. All appliances worked. Closets included iron and ironing board plaid at least 20 hangers to put up our clothes. The views from the back deck were relaxing. No traffic noise at all. Plenty of linen, pillows, and towels. Spares were located in the closet; a total of at least 20 towels and about 10 additional pillows....

"First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. "We loved the larger space and the mattress was super comfortable. But the property could have been more clean. Towels were clean, sheets were clean but it was very dusty around, on baseboards, and in drawers. Plus it could seriously use fresh paint. "The hotel that was advertised was not the place we stayed, no pool and we were suppose to get a bottle of wine everyday of our stay only got it the first day. I was extremely disappointed there was no pool, that was one of the reasons I chose that property was to relax at pool."

"Very cold and drafty, heat only goes to 70 for a few moments. Space heaters are needed. Bathroom is cold, water doesnt reach a super hot temp. Back door is not level so you can see outside through the bottom. Location is great, neighborhood is cool. Not a horrible stay for an urbanite but of there just a little bit of bougie in you, you may wanna pass"

"The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....
