"Great location and facilities, the gym especially. Bed very comfortable and good quality toiletries. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was limited (would have been nice to eat together with family in other rooms rather than have the same delivery each morning) and would have made more use of the bar had it been open for a nightcap. "Water pressure was awful, barely any at all. Try not to shower here. The bathroom had “Bruno Mars” written in steam when I showered, which means it wasn’t cleaned. What else wasn’t cleaned? The vent was purely decorative because there was no fan. Check-in was helpful, but that’s the only good thing about this hotel. Good location with underground on site parking. Service at The Elm was horrific. I wouldn’t stay here again."
