"Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help.

"Overall, the property was nice and I would certainly return again. The pool was very lackluster, but I wasn’t staying there for the pool so that is minuscule.
