"The facility was in the best spot for vacation, the restaurants were fabulous, the hotel staff was amazing. Only downfall was occasionally a smell of mustiness, animal urine, and illicit smoking, made the whole facility stink .However I feel that allowing animals need to be kept to specific rooms , visitors smoking on the no smoking premesis need to be removed ,and more than 1 pot of coffee in the lobby would make this place PERFECT and geared towards a better review and stay . After all of this...

"The manager Kathy is so worried about making friends. She's in debt $2000 and the orders don't even know about it. I mean I'm sure they do, but they don't have a card machine so because I couldn't pay it for the room completely Uber the phone I had to give them $20 $22.60 from the room in cash, I had either go hunt down ATM machine. Which they convenient have in the lobby, for a small $5 dollar fee"

"We booked a couple nights to celebrate our daughters 8th birthday. We stayed in unit 12 and we all loved it! The grounds were perfectly manicured, the river view was mesmerizing and the space was comfortable. Everything I needed was available from the coffee filters to the dish soap and sponge. I admire their love and support of coffee consumption! We took a kayak trip across to a couple of the Spoil Islands and the trip was the perfect distance for some exploration for a family of 4 with...
