"airport shuttle never came, no one answered the phone at hotel. we had to walk in -40 temperatures to the hotel. hotel room was not very clean, leftover food in fridge when we arrived. micro wave had cooked food on turn play and door window"

"It was good , clean and close to the airport. However for how expensive the hotel is just to stay a few hours before flying out and I’m sure for most people cause of convenience, they should include parking or a big discount. "

"We normally stay at the older Sandman, but decided to splurge and try the Sandman Signature for three nights for my husband’s birthday weekend. Unfortunately, the stay didn’t live up to the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly both at check-in and check-out. When we mentioned our concerns at checkout, they said they would pass them along to the manager, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom design is very poor. If you’re staying here, I would strongly recommend...

"This is one of my fav hotels when visiting WPG. The location is perfect if you are taking in a hockey game or have an event at the convention centre. There are vast breakfast options offered every morning which can satisfy most. There is also a convenient bar and food can be ordered if one needs to wind down for the night. The rooms are very clean, and spacious. I highly recommend this hotel for your staying needs."

"Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!"

"Our overall stay was good. There is ample parking. We stayed on the 15th floor and the carpets were fairly dirty (crumbs or food noted) outside the rooms, but inside was fine. Convenient location that requires hotel key to enter the building, which is nice! Due to it being downtown there are lots of emergency vehicles driving by with sirens frequently (4 times on one night, but that’s just how it is downtown in big cities). The ALT hotel bathrooms are always a little unique (not good counter...
