"I arrived late due to a Snafu on the Interstate. Since I had to leave early, I only spent about 5 hours max on the property. I do want all to know that everything looked clean and fresh to me. Wish I could have stayed longer so I could have enjoyed all they had to offer."

The checkout time and where breakfast was located was not mentioned to me when checking in, although the staff was friendly when I approached them to ask. The valet parking was quick and convenient. I researched parking ahead of time, so it wasn’t a surprise to me. My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay longer. I recommend this location to anyone with an event downtown, we walked easily to the Kia Center in about 15 minutes."

"We always stay here when going to an event at the Dr. Phillips Center. The staff is wonderful, especially Angel! Sit by the pool, then have a drink and a burger at the bar. Walk back and have a nightcap before heading up to a very comfortable hotel room. Highly recommended!"

"The staff was grreat and the hotel is very well kept and it looks more beautiful than in photos. However my only complaint was the breakfast, it can honestly be so much better. I've been to cheaper hotels with better breakfast."
