"Lot of dust. Traffic noise most of the night then from early morning. Hot water was inconsistent both mornings. Staff were made this odd comment about my friend who I was travelling with as we checked in that kinda ruined our reunion after 5 years apart with weird energy. Not pet friendly. Pet tolerant at best. Extra charges for pets but no daily service. Bed was stiff. "Room generally comfortable, TV and Air Conditioner [heater] worked okay. Four main issues No plug available for the bathroom sink, No readily available power points in the vicinity of the bench for use of water jug, toaster, etc; power points in corners of room at floor level not convenient locations? No literature regarding nearby eating places for breakfast or dinner [neither provided by the motel] Upon enquiry about dining, receptionist referred me across the highway to Hungry Jacks!!!"

"The room didn't match the description and was quite poor, lacking the features described like sound proofing (there was a big gap under the door), cooking facilities and being small. It was also quite dark and basic, and pretty old. When I showed the reception staff the description of what I booked, they said it was wrong and I should call Expedia if I wanted help. "This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home"

"Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room."
