"Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. "

"When you walk in the scent is really bad. This hotel is pet friendly but the order should be under control where pet owners dogs should be bathed before bringing them. You can't eat breakfast with it smells. My guest had to buy air freshener to spray hallway and room. My guest needed to rest. Sheets were pulled off bed and purchased their own from Walmart on hwy 153. Overall, I will not put my guest there to stay. Not a lot of parking space. "This property is atrocious. It should be a Motel 6. It was filthy, there were homeless people fighting in the parking lot, someone was throwing bricks over the side at the parked cars. My grandson and I booked this hotel based of the the previous ratings. We were too scared to walk to our room. We left and booked a room at the Westin. "

"The hotel is so bad, it should not be operational. The room and hotel were not as advertised. The room was not cleaned, mold on the ceilings, bathroom, and in the fridge, there were cracks in the walls all the way to the ceiling, and brown matter on the walls. Upon addressing the issues with staff, they said the cleaning staff could not do anything until the next morning and we could not have another room. I asked for a remodeled room and was told there were none."

"The room was all I needed and expected. No breakfast as I have a gluten free diet. Parking was horrible, trucks were parked in the front taking up to six spaces. There was plenty of space for them in the back. "

"It is right in the middle of downtown. There are plenty of things to do! The room stayed cool when we used ac and it stayed warm at night when we used the heat. The staff there are absolutely amazing! Especially Jordan! "

"The breakfast was alittle dissapointing with frozen sausage biscuits to heat in the microwave, cold cereal, boiled eggs, bread for toast,and waffles. The muffins were dry and tasteless. The room was clean but the front door and bathroom door were very difficult to open and close. The people above us were running around all night long and blasting music till 3:00am. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again for $180.00 per night."

"Great location, parking was very close by and convenient. I get the price being a little higher than normal because of the location. One working elevator was a bit of a hang up then my room wasn’t cleaned after my first night so I don’t know what went wrong there. I checked out the next day so there was no need to make a big deal about it in my opinion but it may not be the case with the next person."

"The property was clean and nicely updated. Breakfast was very limited with very few options. What was offered had very little available. We did find something and it was nice to eat before hitting the road. Staff at check in did not greet as I walked in. She was clipping her nails and even answered her personal phone during the process. Morning staff at checkout was much friendlier and engaging. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property. "
