"My car was keyed from front to back on the right side. I have a pearl vehicle suv and is very noticeable was told even though there is parking extra charge there is nothing they can do. They security for nothing. I feel very frustrated and angry."

"This was our first stay since the Hilton transition, and the collapse in quality is staggering.The resort has devolved from an upscale sanctuary into an under maintained, commercialized venue that prioritizes a "trashy carnival money grab" over paying overnight guests. We paid a premium luxury rate to enjoy resort amenities we could not even access or use. The failures during our stay included: Under maintained Grounds & Broken Amenities: The lawns were poorly kept, and major signature water...

"It’s nice and staff are friendly and well trained but you will have to deal with faulty issues. The door scanners are falling off and while it was raining, water leaked into the room from the ceiling and around the AC. There was no manager on site so we had to stay in the room with wet furniture."

"The room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was refreshing and delicious. However, the gym is a disappointment, the AC wasn't working and the equipment was broken. No signage to warn guests about not using it. Other than that we had a great time."

"We were there as a big group. The stay was great. Hotel and rooms were clean and well kept. The staff were amazing! Especially the front desk staff! Always helpful and interactive. Very friendly. Special shot out to Iris! She was amazing from day one till we left. Thank you! Also if you have the bonvoy membership you get access to Lifetime next door, great pools there."

"As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed"

"Parking is inconvenient, have to pay diferent from hotel bill, Parking expires before your check out. Should be the same time. I will not be going back there again."

"Polite front staff. For breakfast , the coffee machine was out of order- very unfortunate. The breakfast didn’t start til 7am on Sunday - too late. The floors in the first floor hallway were sticky leading up to the elevator. Our room was clean, however above the window, in the ceiling was an old dried leak in which part of the stucco was stained and was openly exposed. Not a good look for the comfort inn status."
