"I think your front desk staff needs training on how to talk to customers. Very disrespectful to customers and they seem they hate their jobs. But the cleanness of the rooms is excellent, ample parking space."

"Room was fairly clean. Bed was clean & comfortable. The AC unit was a bit loud (according to my fiancé) but at least it worked! Bathroom was clean, single sink, roomy shower. Breakfast looked great, but we opted for Dunkin that is walkable from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a 90th bday party and a wedding during our stay so pretty busy but they got everything settled. Overall 9/10 would stay again."

"Some of the 1-star reviews had us really concerned. We were expecting a dive but actually it was fine. The room was spacious and clean, everything worked including a mini-fridge and microwave, and the AC. There was even a tub, not just a walk-in shower. And the TV was unexpectedly large. It was maybe a bit shabby, but not off-putting. Decor was bright to the point of garish. It was quiet, no particular commotion. "We stayed here one night when we went for our daughter’s graduation at Bryn Mawr College. It was nice to have a two bedroom king suite!! You could fit a whole family in here and you can have breakfast for free. It was a very nice breakfast! Easier than going into Philadelphia and affordable."
