"From arrival to departure the reception staff were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions. The housekeeping staff cleaned every day and changed the towels, the room was always spotless on return. A fresh bottle of water was left for us every day and having a fridge in the room was an added bonus. Breakfast felt very relaxed, with stunning views out to sea in the restaurant and the choices on offer were all delicious (this is not a self service buffet, you sit down where you like...

"Sadly, I can’t give this hotel 5 stars. It has the potential to be a 5 star property, but in our experience, it simply isn’t there yet. For a 5 star hotel, I found the use of paper cups for coffee at lunch and dinner very disappointing. We were even offered paper cups for drinks at the beach bar, which I certainly wouldn’t expect at a 5 star resort. "Very grand hotel, it is picturesque. What we enjoyed about the hotel is the location. On the beach and very lovely weather to enjoy by the pool. "Mooi hotel, maar kan hier en daar wel een update gebruiken, vooral wat de badkamers betreft en de liften. De liften waren een ramp, heel traag en er werkten er maar 3 van de 4. Personeel in de lobby is eerder koel en kort, de mensen van de eetgelegenheden zijn wel vriendelijk. De drank is wel een minpunt voor de all in formule, eten bij het buffet is heel uitgebreid. Spijtig dat de verschillende broodsoorten niet lekker waren (precies nooit vers ?), iemand die à la minute eitjes bakt ontbrak...
