"Very clean, very friendly. A little broken concrete at the entrance but otherwise great stay at a much lower price than other hotels."

"The room was very clean and bath room was clean and fresh. The shower was in disrepairas it only dispensed HOT WATER. The single knob mixing valve was not calibrated correctly to mix the water to a comfort temperature. We did not have an opportunity to inform the front desk because it was discovered in the morning just before we were getting ready for church services. We informed the front desk when we returned. They were accomodating kind and reseptive."

"The hotel is decent in terms of cleanliness and service however the hotel room my partner snd I stayed in was on the 6th floor (top floor) with exposed concrete ceilings and laminate flooring (hard to keep clean, feet felt dirty and sticky) and likely poorly insulated walls. This does not control sound absorption and acoustics very well. It was extremely echo-y and both nights we were woken up past midnight by the people beside us by just watching tv and chatting perhaps at a louder than normal...

"The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Very nice hotel overall. We just ran into a couple issues. Despite booking a 2 queen room, they overbooked and we were downgraded to a king and sofabed, told it was an upgrade at no additional charge, but it certainly wasn't. We realized we weren't provided sheets for the sofabed, so we called housekeeping. We never received the sheets so we used the top sheet off of the king bed for our daughter. The sofabed was as hard as a rock. Honestly...

"Overall the room is in need of a renovation . The drainage in the tub|shower was not good. Drawers didn’t open properly in the bedroom dresser. One elevator was out of service during our stay. The second elevator went out of service during checkout time, which resulted in having to carry all of our luggage down 5 flights of stairs.
