"The room we had was spotless, exceptionally clean, and looked new. Bedding and towels were are spotless too. The bed was big and comfy and the TV all worked etc. The shower room and toilet were exceptionally clean, well stocked and looked new again. Our room did lack coffee and tea making facilities which when we enquired wasn't available in our type of room, so check in advance. "Perfect big bed and room, super clean and quiet."

"(I am Korean) There are Korean staffs in the reception desk if anyone has a issue with speaking English. I had a Pacific coliseum visiting plan after my check out and unfortunately the venue does not allow backpack in their policy. Those hotel staffs understood my situation and allowed me to keep my backpack in their reception until the night. Hotel price is relatively reasonable unless you book up at the last minute. Room was big enough and clean. They run free shuttle bus that drives Canada...

"Bed was okay, bathroom door doesnt open or close unless toilet seat lid is up due to bathroom design. Even in a quieter room you will hear the club downstairs. Rooms were mostly clean but our bathtub had used soap from previous guest."

"The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and great at communication! Street parking is available and was not a problem. The property was clean and the neighborhood felt safe. I would recommend to anyone who does not mind a shared living space and wants to stay in Vancouver! It has everything you need at a good value!"

"Only a 15 minute walk to Commercial Drive. There was a great supermarket only two blocks away."

"The room and kitchen were clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly."

"Great place to stay!"

"I liked the easy check-in and check-out. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Fantastic location and super clean and comfortable apartment."

"Very impressed with the counter staff. Breakfast voucher in their own restaurant is all you will need. Large servings for an omelet along with their signature potatoes. Across is the peir with shops, restaurants, coffee bars, and sea bus a short walk away... see you next time. Thank you"

"The Hotel is really good location to reach out things to do in downtown."

"Rooms were clean, and views were great. Location of this hotel is super close and convenient to the skyline and Stanley park! Roof top hot tub was a nice treat after a long day of walking and exploring!"
