"I only wish we had stayed here two nights instead of one. It is a beautiful, small hotel. We had plenty of space in our room and the bathroom was very spacious. It is close to the airport and the Air and Space Museum, as well as bus stops. It would be a nice place to stay after arriving at the airport and then taking the bus, or Uber to Paris attractions. It was much more comfortable and homey than where we stayed in Paris proper. The ladies working there were very helpful, and the breakfast...

"Absolute terrible customer service. Made last minute booking advertised as Paris airport hotel but to be a smaller one just outside of CDG. Within minutes of checking the address that’s when I realized it’s the wrong airport. Contacted them immediately and they refused to cancel or refund my money."

"This place was the absolute worst, the staff is rude and don't even acknowledge you. We checked in and the girl that was at the front desk was rude and developed an attitude with us. We couldn't log into the wifi and she had control over that. She kept saying give it a few minutes. It felt like she was doing it on purpose. We got into our room and still didnt have connection. We decided to order food and have it delivered, when the first part of the food arrived we sat down on the communal area...

"This was a good location as it was a two minute walk to the RER train station, but the apartment room our large family stayed in was fairly dirty. The bathroom had plaster falling off the walls and mold in some areas. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there was parking directly across from the hotel. If the lot looks full, just wait a couple minutes, spots are opening up constantly."

Et le personnel n'a même pas écouté mes griefs, se prenant pour la victime. Zéro excuses présentées. Propreté et securité douteuses de surcroît. A FUIR!!!!!!"

I wish they would issue an instructions sheet to travelers because there where times I had to ask how a feature had to be used, i.e. have to insert room security card into slot to make the lights stay on. Otherwise, please with the price to value ratio."

"This hotel is being renovated. The first night we were in a beautifully renovated room. 5 Stars!!! But they moved us to the wing that has not yet been renovated for our next two nights and that room was a solid 2 Stars. Dirty toilet, light bulbs missing, old carpet, old dirty furniture and the smell that goes with older rooms. We paid more (almost double) for our second two nights but they insisted that we had booked the older room. The lobby and restaurant areas were great. Lots of open space,...
