Firstly we checked in at 9am and understandably the room was ready we returned at 3pm and the room still wasn't ready. We had to wait in the lobby until 4.30pm before getting our room key. Windows are well insulated and cut out all exterior noise. Definitely in the best neighborhood around. Great staff! There is no elevator. Loved it!"

The staff had forgotten that my husband and I requested a king size bed when we booked however, when we arrived there were two twin size beds in our room.
