"Well, once we got into our room, it had a horrible stench. My daughter cleaned the bathroom and did one swipe around the toilet and the towel was black. I pulled back the sheets on the bed and they had mold stains on one bed and the other was full of pubic hair. Also, there were wrappers between the bed and the night stand that never got picked up!!!!"

"After a 12 hour drive, we were just looking for a place to crash for the night. I wish I could say I slept well after an exhausting day. The beds were like sleeping on a board. Our toilet water ran all night too. There was no one at the front desk to get it addressed. Not worth even the "cheaper" price."

"Our room stunk like pet odor or the room had been flooded at one time. It was so bad, we went and purchased room freshener spray to combat the smell. My husband had to fix the toilet to flush properly. Only received room cleaning service once during our 5 day stay and I had to request the service twice. This was not what I expected for a $792.76 stay, especially when one night was $199.20. I will never stay at a Comfort Inn again."

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was extremely dark with dim, orange-toned lighting that made it difficult to see, and it felt old, dingy, and poorly maintained. The bathroom door and vanity were damaged and worn which only added to the rundown appearance—I would not stay here again."

"We walked into our room no refrigerator no coffee pot the soap dispenser was filled with water and the lotion one to. When we checked in we were told that we would not have continental breakfast because that was reserved for a special group of people. We asked for a different room and she said they were booked. When I came down Saturday morning a man was sitting in the breakfast room eating. I said are u here with a special group that I was told that there was no breakfast..

"When you get there, you have to ring a bell, and the person comes to greet you. She was very kind and friendly however, the room had about 10 flies for some reason and a bunch of dead flies on the floor overall pretty filthy a bunch of hair on the floor Everywhere that had never been swept up from the last person was unable to take a shower because only water came from the tub faucet and not the showerhead above. Definitely asked to see the room before you accept it. It was OK for a one night...

"Hotel is dingy, smelled and needs to be updated. Also would be nice if breakfast was until 10 am. We didn’t eat breakfast 1 day because we didn’t want to get up at 8:30 to get down to breakfast before 9 am. They also only have tiny styrofoam cups for coffee. Front desk staff wasn’t friendly either. TV volume was limited and it was hard to hear."
