"A really stunning place. We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking the sea. We had intended to visit other areas but ended up staying in the grounds of the hotel/ club as they are so good - two beautiful pools and a lovely beach. The cafe by the lower pool serves a great choice of food at lunchtime and we had really good food in the main restaurant overlooking the top pool in the evenings. The breakfast was also really good."

"They missed our cleaning and we had to remind them that no cleaning had been done the that they informed us that it would be. And when we asked for new towels since they missed the cleaning day they told us we could not get any new ones until they were able to schedule a new cleaning day, which in this case would be 48 hours before our check-out. We stayed at the hotel for a week. The reception told us that we could get new towels but that it would cost us 5 euro for each towel??? Even the small...

"The location of the hotel was great. Close to many good restaurants, shopping, train and beach. All of the staff were great especially the very helpful Esmeralda at the front desk. The hotel was quiet at night and while the pool is small, the surrounding seating areas are lovely. The breakfast is a bit underwhelming but everything else was very nice."

"Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. Thank you to all at Hotel Cristal!"

"Premièrement la chambre n’était pas prête et 15h mais à 1540, le personnel ne s’excuse même pas en disant que ce n’est pas leur fautes. La piscine publicité mensongère, pour accéder à la piscine il faut payer et réserver , j’ai filtré sur expédia une piscine pas une pisince inaccessible. En plus piscine du spa minuscule avec pleins de chlore. Une dame pendant son séjour a eu une allergie anaphylactique. L’attente pour l’ascenseur extrêmement long à chaque fois. Manque de personnel surtout...
