"The location and layout of the property are spectacular. The room we had, a family suite with private pool, was wonderful, and we never even used the large pool for the main property. We had the premium inclusive package, which I strongly recommend, although it takes some getting used to for the ordering, especially for cocktails. The beach is as nice as any I have seen in Greece, with crystal clear water; a Great feature is a funicular down to the beach, eliminating most of the steps but not all. Unfortunately, service is inattentive on the beach much of the time; food and drinks can be ordered through your phone and come quickly, but individualization is not easy this way, and there is no follow-up from the beach staff as to your satisfaction with your order and whether you need anything else. The food was excellent both in the a la carte restaurants and the buffet. A drawback is that the hotel was fairly full, and the facilities cannot accommodate everyone at once, leading to some delays and overworked/frustrated staff at times. This is a very family friendly resort, and we were caught off guard by this because despite the name of our room it was just us two adults. The resort is welcoming to families, and the children can be loud and disruptive, which was unpleasant for us... We have already done our time with our children! The setting was unique and memorable, and we are so glad we chose this resort, but next time we'll choose adults-only."

"Lovely hotel. Would highly recommend. The staff here are really lovely. So very friendly and welcoming. Every one of them. Lovely atmosphere at the hotel. Beautiful views from the breakfast room. You can the watch the planes landing and taking off. Very cool. Just outside the hotel you can get the 2a bus into town. Every 20 mins. Only 2 euros. So handy and cheap! Check in and out really smooth. Really enjoyed our stay here. So relaxing Thankyou Divani for a lovely stay 😊 ."
Ella Alkyna – Adults Only

"A peaceful beachfront all-inclusive resort We had a very enjoyable week at Ella Alkyna and would happily stay again. It is one of the few European resorts combining adults-only, all-inclusive and a beachfront location. The atmosphere was relaxed and not a party scene. Most guests were couples and mature adults who kept to themselves but were friendly. The resort is beautiful, with a clean beach, great pools and lovely views. Our clean room had a sunset-view balcony, large comfortable bed, spacious shower, Netflix-enabled TV and kettle. The buffet had plenty of choice, while the included à la carte restaurants were a highlight. We enjoyed excellent three-course Greek and Italian meals. Breakfast became slightly repetitive, but that is normal for a buffet stay. Drinks were unlimited, and the friendly staff happily made whatever we requested. My wife loved her spa treatment. The gym was small but quiet, and check-in and check-out were easy. Minor issues included a toilet smell and the air conditioning making a constant banging noise whenever it was on. The fire-alarm light was also very bright. We did not report these issues. Some guests reserved sunbeds with towels despite this not being allowed, and staff did not enforce the rule. There were also lots of social wasps around, which could be frightening for anyone with a wasp phobia. The large resort can be confusing and may be difficult for guests with limited mobility, although electric buggies are available. It is also"

"The Hotel and owners were amazing. The location is also great. The hotel is 10-15 minutes walk down the beach from the main area of Sidari and from the Canel De Amour. Having a car does help a little getting to the restaurants and closer to the canal but is not really needed if you dont mind the walk"

"Excellent family holiday. Location is excellent, staff were excellent and very very helpful. We had a pool side room but there is easily enough beds around the complex. Gets the sun for 9hrs of the day before it sets behind. Wonderful sunrises. If you want extreme luxury and parties this not for you. If you want a family friendly quieter location this is perfect. Will definitely come back. Thank you for a lovely stay."
