"Dirty, cold and unsafe hotel with dishonest owner. Started with the false information from the owner. My mum is 80 years old and cannot take many stairs. I specifically contacted the owner and asked if the room is on the ground floor, he said yes!yes! In reality she had to climb 3 blocks of stairs… ..."
