"We were worried about arriving after 9pm, but it was fine as there is an auto check-in machine outside reception to check-in after hours which was super helpful and easy to use! All the staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was limited, but tasty and enough to fuel us for our journey ahead! Pillows were super comfy 👌 Getting to the hotel & parking was very easy."

L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité. "We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!"
