"We loved our stay at this hotel. It was located in a quiet safe and desirable location, walkable to the beach and all the activities and attractions in Nice. I recommend visiting the rooftop bar and enjoying the pool. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Their rooms were more spacious than most hotels in France. "The room 601 was not accessible by anything but stairs. Staff was not available when leaving to help with my luggage and I fell down the stairs with my bags trying to get to the elevator. When I tried to explain to the front desk about the accident she didn’t seem to care. My wrist and knee are injured. To have rooms only accessible by stairs and not offer assistance with luggage to the elevator is ridiculous. I left a bag of take out I had put in the hallway for trash and it sat there outside...

"The staff was VERRRYYY helpful and accommodating. Good location, close to both beach and the train station. The were leaving before the breakfast start time on our last day but the staff there made arrangements early so that we could have the breakfast before we left. "We loved our stay! The hotel itself is super cute with a nice seating and bar area in the lobby. The room was pretty decently sized, clean, and quiet. We had a balcony which came with some chairs and a small table which was great. The hotel staff was very nice and super helpful! The location is great, as it’s about a 10 min walk from the main promenade/beach and about another 10 min walk from the main train station."

"I doubted between giving 5 or 1 star. Mixed feelings about the place.
Check-in was nice. I asked for a bowl and they got it to me. Friendly at check in.
I went to bed very late. 4am. And was gonna sleep in. At 9am I was working up by jackhammer. Construction next door. And it literally was nonstop till noon. And stated again at 1.
When I asked reception about it, and why wasn’t informed about it. They said that it only started a week an ago and they surprised too. And I should have told them...

"It was in a great location, right next to a major train station where we could get on trains to Cannes, Monaco etc. it is also just a short walk to Promenade des Anglais. it is just a very basic hotel to provide you with a safe and clean spot to rest your head with no frills in the rooms. But it did have a pool which a lot of hotels in the area didn’t seem to have."

"When we arrived, the bed had not been made and there were no blankets provided, only a mattress cover. We had to go downstairs to ask the receptionist, who gave us a blanket cover and we had to make the bed ourselves.
The blanket was also too small for the bed. Although the weather was hot, that is not a reason to leave the room without proper bedding.
The room was located on the first floor facing the street, so it was quite noisy during the night.
