"Was happy to be here. More so as they have a discotheque and karaoke in the same premises. The place is just off the main street. BUT the Howling Dogs was a real sleep spoiler at night. I did ask the authorities and read in the local newspapers that the government is trying very hard to curb the stray dogs by sterilization and saw many with their ears clipped indicating that that dog was sterilized. Its an issue all over Thimpu not just this hotel. What I did was quite unique. I carry a whistle...
