"Our room had a large sitting area separate from the bedroom area and two skylights that could be opened for fresh air or close the blind to sleep in and that more than made up for it having one slanted wall that’s so common with top floor rooms. Everyone at the hotel was very pleasant. Everything was clean. It was a very easy walk from the train station, very near old town and a few blocks from the Christmas market. "

"We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service.
The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We...

"Bellissimo hotel ,molto elegante e proprio di fronte al lago , al ponte di Lebrun e a due passi dal centro storico.La mia stanza era una privilege,ma poco ampia e con vista interna.Il bagno ,in stile moderno come tutto l'hotel,aveva peró pochi punti d'appoggio.Frigobar e bollitore in camera.
Personale molto gentile.Non ho usufruito della colazione perche,conoscendo bene Annecy,preferivo farla nelle varie pasticcerie vicine .Se dovessi tornare una terza volta in loco,lo sceglierei di nuovo."
