"great place"

"I chose this property largely for location. We had never been to Scottsdale before so wanted somewhere close to activities and restaurants. The hotel was decent but a little worn. I probably wouldn’t stay here again though. The first two nights they had activities close to our room. There was a large crowd and they were very loud. Not like talking loud, but yelling and cheering loud. One guy was yelling into a microphone trying to get the crowd rowdy. If I knew no activities were scheduled I...

"The resort is super pretty but not as pretty as they look in the pictures, I really liked and enjoy our 4 day stay. The rooms were super clean, the only thing that threw me off was that I had to tell front desk every day to refresh the room and do the beds, but every day by 9:45pm room service will knock at the door for refreshments and if you didn't have the privacy on at the door they will just open the door ( there was no lock on the inside to avoid that) ?? that was a little weird. "Great location, right in old town. Hotel was nice, pool and rooftop bar were a plus. Only disappointment was no offering of water upon check in."

"Andaz is usually so much better. Room was dusty and service was sub par. Property still beautiful. Overall disappointing for 1,000 a night with resort fees."

"friendly, clean, great price and got back to me within 2 minutes of communication"

"Room was clean, spacious and the bed was comfortable (no down comforter as advertised). Property is well maintained with coffee and breakfast. Convenient location. Solid lower cost option."

"Beautiful, historic property with a nice resort atmosphere. Pool was beautiful and restaurant was delicious. Workout gym was a little small and split between an upstairs and downstairs."

"Great location"

"Best experience ! I love the hotel and the staff I highly recommend ☀️💃🥂 disliking the parking price"

"Such a beautiful experience! 1000/1000 as a solo traveler I felt so safe and they even helped take my pictures"

"Clean, roomy, and not outdated at all, despite what other reviews said. Our fourth-floor room was great, the staff was friendly, and the Old Town location is walkable. Breakfast was adequate. The one downside: a club across the street has an outdoor DJ, and on Halloween night the bass thumped until about 2 AM. Sunday was quieter. That's not the hotel's fault, but they clearly know about it, since there were earplugs in the room with a printed card. I just wish we'd been told before we booked,...
