"This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and nice. However they do need some updating. I believe they are remodeling rooms at this time. The beds are super comfy and the bedding is top notch. Important when staying away from home and trying to get a good nights rest."

"It’s zero star! TERRIBLE PLACE! We stayed at The Metropolitan Inn in Salt Lake City, Utah, and it was absolutely terrible. Honestly, it was one of the worst places we’ve ever seen. The room was extremely dirty and run-down. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a bunch of hair coming up from the drain, which was really disgusting. The door was broken, and almost every corner of the room and doors were dirty and damaged. The bedsheets had stains and clearly weren’t clean. The overall...

"Property was clean, safe with excellent customer service. Easy walk to Capitol State building and Temple square, shopping and eating. There is a dress code of business casual to eat in dining room which is not listed on Expedia site. Parking is safe. Could have used better sleeping pillows. "

"Great value for the stay with the suite (sitting area separate from bedroom). The suite was near the elevators and ice machine, so yes, it was noisey. But the bedroom with the door shut made for sleeping without noise from the hallway. The parking is an additional $20/vehicle, which was a surprise, and I do not think they tell you that. Overall, clean, comfortable, and conveniently situated downtown. "
