"We spent the weekend in Kamloops and our time at the Grandview was very pleasant. We were greeted at check in by very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We had a clean and quiet room, there was an outdoor area for cooking with BBQ and picnic tables outside. The hotel itself is not a large property, but it's in more of a residential area, so it's quiet and calm. We'll definitely be staying here again!"

"Not clean, no maintenance. Not up to basic standard"

"Very accessible location with friendly staff, but that's the only thing nice I could say about this place. Very run down, and not clean. The furniture was thrwad bare, the carpet looked at least 50 years old, poor patcing and maintenance, and the soap container was literally taped to the wall (which didn't hold). There was hair all over the tub (not mine), and when I wiped a water spill off the floor, the towel was black. It was quite gross. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything...

"The hotel is older and perhaps the outside and common areas are looking a little tired but the room was very clean, updated, roomy and very comfortable. They staff was friendly and the continental breakfast had a great variety, would definitely stay again."

"The room was not cleaned. Floor was completely dusty and was not sweeped or mopped for days. The nespresso machines were also dirty. Other than that everything else was just okay"

"So I know it’s a small rural area but I paid $200 for the night and the room which was supposed to be pet free, had pet hairs all over the place. The heat and microwave never worked. Thankfully we were hustling there for a night and it wasn’t that cold. Not recommended for families. Thanks"
