"ALL of the staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. The property needs a little TLC and basic improvements. Breakfast had a lot of options to choose from. There was plenty to eat and drink!"

"Our blackout curtain was broken, the body lotion bottle was empty, and there was a large stain on the bath towel. The room was extremely dark. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable, and it was a short 10-15 minute drive to Franklin’s Main Street."

"Room stunk. I could see out under the room door. There was a huge gap. I could literally put my hand through it. The wifi barely worked. Blankets had burn holes in them. Sheets and towels were stained. Also the tub had a huge crack in the floor. I asked to switched rooms. They gave me a key to another room. Opened the door and it smelled like cat pee and the couch in there looked like it was moldy. So I just stayed in my main room."

"Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!"

"Stayed overnight on our way to Florida. Clean facilities. Nice breakfast. Didn’t get to use the pool as we didn’t stay long enough. Nice hotel but a little pricey. $274 for one night."

"Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice."
