"The apartment was excellent, modern, in great shape, in a quiet building five minutes walk from a bus stop, a train station, and an Aldo grocery store. My only (slight) negative comment is that it was a little warm; there’s no air conditioning, and the ceiling fans weren’t much help. Other than that, everything about this apartment was great. "

Such a lovely surprise to find this accommodation that straddles the best of both a hotel and private apartment in the old town. Location, decor and amenities were fantastic plus the service and staff were so friendly, accommodating, and attentive. The only disappointment is that we didn’t stay longer! "

"Spacious apartment suitable for a longer stay. Negative points: there is no visible staff in the hotel. Communication about how to enter the hotel and room was sent from an email I did not recognize that invited to click on a link. No communication through the Hotels app. I was never given a transport card (in Geneva hotel guests get free public transportation ) adding extra cost to my stay. E-mails remained unanswered. The room was never cleaned during my stay. "
