"We stayed 2 nights. The room was very tidy, I check sheets for stains or bugs and everything looked good on the ones we needed to sleep on. The only issue we had with the room was that the hard wood floors were not scrubbed very good. I used the floor mat to wipe up some water that was on the floor and it was very brown after so wear shoes/socks when walking around. "The toilet would not flush i fixed it my self the chain was off the handle. The entry door was stuck you had to use to hands to get it shut and even then it was hard to shut. One of the lights in the bathroom was burnt out. Ice machine on are floor was out of order we were on 6 th floor had to go to 2 or 3 floor to get ice."

"We stayed one night as a family and the experience was great. We were met by friendly staff at every turn. Everyone was kind and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. Parking was easy felt secure. Breakfast was hot and fresh. They had choices for everyone. We did not use the hot tub or pool but when I looked at it there were towels and the area was clean. The staff again was very kind and helpful."
