"The room was filthy with stains of liquid splashed all over the walls. The toilet was brown, and the shower was nasty. Hair was found in the bed and the floor was clearly never cleaned. The manager at the front desk could not care less and said he would tell the housekeeper. They showed us another room which was worse than the first one.
