"Handicap parking had 2 vehicles parked in them without permits on vehicle had been there so long the sand from parking lot washing is up against the tires ....... Sink in bathroom was cracked but functional and ice maker was not working"

Signs at the college are hard to read especially at night Rooms were what I expected, howver the cleaners need to be supervised a little better. Counters and touch points are not being cleaned. Rings and dirt on the bedside tables. I used Lysol wipes to wipe everything down when checking in...I do this with all my hotel rooms I stay at. "This place was excellent for the price ! Fairly newly renovated , staff was friendly and breakfast was a great spread including eggs ,sausages , hashbrowns and waffles. Bed was comfy , i had an grest sleep!! Also super bonus that directly behind the building and across a divide of grass there is a Tim Hortons ,wendys,sushi place,Mexican restaurant and another restaurant!! Super convenient"

"The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful. Our two nights stay was comfortable. They also provided a complimentary breakfast that included some hot and cold items. I will stay again when visiting the area."

"Super easy check-in and check-out with a code sent to your phone in advance. The only issue was the neighbours, who apparently needed to have a screaming match at all hours of the night. Couldn't have been controlled by the hotel staff, so not their fault. Luckily, I had earplugs, so it wasn't much of an issue."

We had some noisy neighbours in the room next to us, it was also an adjoining room so not sure if the sound travels more in those rooms, this was no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was not good, in our opinion and we found the eggs and sausages were really overcooked."

"Woman at the front desk was nice, gave me extra towels when I asked. However, we only had two towels in the room when I booked with my family, sooooo net zero I guess. One set of bed sheets had what appeared to be processed cheese caked on (like they weren’t washed properly and then dried). Other bed sheets were stained purple (paint we hope?) Showerhead sprayed everywhere and soaked the bathroom floor that we had to clean. Nor was there body wash in the bathroom. One of the cheapest toilet...
