"I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. "I will be very honest with this hotel. I had to get something quick because we had an event coming up and we drove 6 hours from NY to Virginia. Right when we checked in we were greated by the staff and they were very nice I will say that.
Got to the elevator to go to the room and horrible . The smell the floor the elevator just so nasty and DIRTY.
Get into the room and right off the bat the sofa was disgusting nothing was whipped down had such a musty smell.
