"Great shops inside "

"The breakfast needs an upgrade, pool area needs work. One hot tub down along with some wall damage. Rooms need to be cleaned better (at least our room did) and the toilet in room 315 needs some serious help (clogged every other flush even if you were simply just flushing the toilet) Hotel I’m guessing knew about the issue as when we went to go to front desk and opened our door someone had put a plunger outside the door for us already. "This hotel feels neglected. First of all, the third floor reeked of marijuana. It wasn't just a touch, but a stench that was overwhelming and suffocating. In the room, the paint in the bathroom was peeling. On the floor, tiles were damaged and cracked. There were also multiple mystery stains on our walls too. I will not be staying here again. "

"Breakfast options were good. The room was pretty clean. Pool did not appear clean at all. Staff was pleasant but nowhere to be found for checkout, had to wait quite a while. Walls/floors are THIN, we apparently had a large group of elephants above us. Get a room on the top floor and have absolutely no questions/be okay with contactless checkout and you’re golden."

"My room was clean but ran down. It was especially noticeable in the bathroom. The paint is slapped on and you can see where they got sloppy where the wall meets the ceiling. The shower head had calcium buildup. The doors looked rough. I interacting with 4 or 5 staff. One was over the phone on March 6. I was calling about a reservation and she kept cutting me off telling me to contact Expedia and when I tried explaining things she would cut me off and tell me she hasn’t heard of what I am talking...

"I always come here when in MN. I'm a bit OCD and everything has to be CLEAN. I notice every little thing...I can honestly say this is a Very Clean hotel, Not exaggerating at all. The only complaint I have is the comforter had a makeup stain on it. I'm unsure if they changed it and the sheets smelled like another persons scent usually it smells fresh so I was shocked this time around. They had yogurt they had cut up fruits. They had pancakes, waffles, multiple different things and options as well as multiple drink options the host in the dining room was so kind and gracious."
