"I have visited Leeds many times but never stayed at the Queens hotel until now and I’m very impressed. A grand hotel with a long history which feels elegant and luxurious. Perfect location for the train station, you can access the hotel from inside. Rooms surprisingly modern and very comfortable. ..."

"The greeting at reception set the tone for the stay. The car park situated next to the hotel had always been free but was now chargeable. Rather than helping with this, the receptionist didn't even look up just said download the app and sort it out then I will check you in. This was time consuming ..."
