"다낭에 입국하기전 한국에서 메일로 문의했을때 피드백이 빠르고 친절하게 답장해주셨습니다 도착 당시 새벽 1시였고 직원분이 상주하고 있었고 바로 체크인 할 수 있었습니다 건물에 엘리베이터가 없었고 객실이 4층이었는데 저의 무거운 짐을 다 옮겨 주셨습니다 감사합니다 다만 수건에서 냄새가 나는 건 조금 불편하긴 합니다 공항에서 가까운 점이 장점이지만 동시에 소음이 있습니다 창문을 닫아놓으면 수면하는 것에는 지장없습니다."

"My husband and I didn’t even stay there long enough, but the moment we stepped into our room it smelled like mold. We asked the front desk lady to move us to another room and she asked why and we told her it smelled like mold. She hesitated to move us to another room. Maybe about 5 minutes later she said okay and moved us to another room upstairs. Once we were trying to get settled in the room we noticed a few mosquitoes and we were like that’s okay we can kill them. But mosquitoes kept coming...

"They have no soap and small towel"

"The first impression that I have when checking in is the cleanliness. Bedsheet is filled with hairs from previous guests, and room has ants. At night time, crickets make noise the whole time inside the room. The plus side is that the staffs are nice Overall, this property is decent for short nights stay and needs a lot of improvements."

"จองห้องมีระเบียง เห็นวิว สรุป ห้องแคบๆไม่มีระเบียง เจ้าของสื่อสารไม่ได้ เอาบุ๊คกิ้งให้ดู ก็ยืนยันว่ามีแค่ห้องเดียว นอกนั้นมีลูกค้าเข้าไปแล้ว สรุปคือจองห้องเหมือนระบบใครมาก่อนได้ก่อนการจองผ่านแอพล่วงหน้าไม่ได้มีความหมาย"

"Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương, sẵn sàng nâng hạng phòng free để tăng trải nghiệm khách, mình cảm thấy mình được phục vụ rất chu đáo khi ở đây, bữa ăn sáng đầy đủ và đa dạng. Mình hay đi Đà Nẵng nên chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây ạ"

"The place is located just 2 mins walk to the beach, and just bridge away from the city center. The thing i notice is that every place from the lobby to my room are super clean with great smell. The bed is big and really comfortable for your back after a long day travelling around. The staff is another plus. Fluent in English and great attitude, such a friendly and easygoing people! They gave me lot of tips and information for my trip! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!"

"Private rooms are a great value, staff is extremely friendly, and breakfast was decent. Only note that when looking for the most cost effective tours or transport this hotel will try to persuade you to use their more expensive methods. Asked about the 50k dong bus to the airport and was told they didn't know anything and to use their $10 car, the bus was a 5 minute walk away and so easy."

"I have to say a very warm thank you to the employee, Max, at this hostel. He went above an beyond helping me out when my scooter broken down. He went with me late at night to go check out the problem and called someone to come and have it serviced. Luckily, the bike was fine. Max answered all my annoying questions professionally and courteously. :)"

"위치가 좋아 선택했지만 제공된 공간은 숙박장소로 전혀 적당하지 않았습니다. 클럽에서 올라오는 음악소리로 새벽 5시까지 방이 진동을 했고 내몸도 같이 진동을 했기 때문에 한 숨도 잘 수 없었습니다. 최악의 방이었습니다. 익스피디아에서는 방음객실로 안내하고 있었으나 전혀 사실이 아니었습니다. 숙박업소에서는 전혀 기능하지 않는 귀마개를 제공한 것이 전부였습니다. 이 방은 더 이상 숙박장소로 제공되어서는 안된다고 생각합니다. "
