"Totally disappointed . The place ranking was posted as a 4-star. However, it appears to be as a 1-star to me. No email, phone calls, or other communications for check-in instructions. "Disappointing Experience – Not as Advertised Our stay at Ha Do Centrosa was nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. The key retrieval instructions were incorrect, and after 45 minutes of searching, we learned there was no mailbox for our apartment. "The check-in & check out process was a little difficult to navigate due to multiple lobbies. Similarly we had trouble moving the luggage trolley around the property. At one point I got stuck in the parking garage and the key did not work on any of the doors to the elevator rooms. The area around the hotel was ok, but we really struggled with the surrounding air pollution."

"Originally we got booked to this apartment, jut due to clogged toilet situation, they found a new apartment for us. The new apartment looked nice on the outside (building) but when you got into the room, it looked like nobody has been there for weeks. It was ants and bugs everywhere and the sheets were dirty. "I had the pleasure of staying at GRAND HÔTEL du LAC Boutique Saigon, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hotel's atmosphere blends classic elegance with modern comfort, creating a serene and luxurious retreat in the heart of Saigon. My room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I especially appreciated the welcome drink, and personalized service. The location is perfect — centrally located yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city while enjoying a quiet escape. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a refined and memorable stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I look forward to returning on my next visit!"
