"Hôtel très calme, dans la forêt. Personnel très agréable. Nous avons logé dans le lodge "bauhaus" au milieu des arbres très sympa ,bonne literie mais manque cruellement d'entretien et de nettoyage comme l'ensemble du jardin. Nous avons dîner au restaurant bon repas et petit pris le petit déjeuner, mais la salle n'avait pas été nettoyé de la veille. L'ensemble de l'établissement manque vraiment d'entretien et peut-être de Personnel, c'est dommage car c'est un bel endroit. "

"First room (424) smelt like a toilet on arrival. Reception gave us another room (474), which when we got there was disappointing to see it was directly next to the elevator’s. However, unlike in other hotels where similar rooms had been noisy from lift mechanisms, opening and closing doors, guests chatting on entry and exit of lift, our room was surprisingly very, very quiet. It was a ‘superior’ room we booked, yet there was nothing superior about either room including stained carpets in both. Room 474 was comfy but basic. Whilst it lacked some things usually found in most hotel rooms, we slept very well, which for me is most important. Breakfast is just…… OK, the selection is basic, but ok. However, everyday, the cheese & cold meats looked like they’d been out for a long time and for the first time ever, i did not even try them due to their appearance. Machine coffee was just about drinkable. The machine juices I tried once and not again. They gave fresh oranges and a machine to put them in to squeeze, if you can be bothered with theirs, the taste is good, though I’d have preferred my orange juice to be cold, so perhaps chilling the oranges would be better. The staff were good, no issues there. The bar has a decent selection of Belgian beer and English premier league football on screen (no sound). Location great for trains, buses and airport bus. "

"They should modify the hotel presentation: shuttle available means we call you a taxi. I’ve payed at hotel 25€ for taxi, and the taxi was booked for 4 people. I’ve choose ghat hotel just because they had shuttle available… it’s a dissapointment for Van Der Valk chain."
