"Lovely welcome. Parking safe but a bit tight for our Peugeot 3008, try to reverse into bay, easier to get out. Room clean and nice hot shower, kettle in there but a bit sparce with the selection of tea and coffee. Breakfast was a fair selection, they also had a dinner menu which was not expensive. Lastly, 5 to 10 minutes from old town and across the road a promenade along the river with quite a few places to eat."
"It did the job but it's pretty basic. Serves a purpose, parking can accommodate a bunch of cars which is why we chose the venue. Probably would have preferred closer to Rouen."
"We stayed for 1 night with our dogs to break the journey. The room was clean and spacious overlooking the river with good aircon. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful town. There is a park next door to the hotel which was very handy for the dogs. We couldn’t access the car park with the roof box on the car, so had to park on the road nearby."

10/10 Excellent
"Nice place, good size rooms. Descent showers. Nice breakfast in the lobby. Can use the lobby to hang in the evening. Parking was a bit unclear, we stayed on the road."
"Very pleased with the hotel as it is in a fab location right in the city heart of Rouen surrounded by the beautiful streets, cafes, bars and shops.
The staff were really friendly and accommodating at all times especially helping with my children and making us feel welcome.
Our room was comfortable and quiet at night with the window shut, although we didn’t open it for the night we stayed.
Definitely recommend and I was fortunate enough to manage a parking space in the underground carpark which was such an added bonus."

6/10 Okay
"Great location ! The room is very basic, there is no bottle of water in the room. I contact with hotel 10 days before arrival about car parking on the site but they been fully booked, so you need probably to do it in more days in advance."
