"I booked for 2 nights entered the room I had no TV went to front desk was told I could not be replaced in another room. Called guest relations and filed a complaint about the room and no amenities towels , soap , toilet paper etc .
Before this happened I was ok with the establishment but this experience wasn’t good .
I shared I would prefer to have a refund for the inconvenience I had to endure "

"The staff was awesome and the rooms were clean. The breakfast situation was a bit misleading. The had a restaurant on site and you can pay for breakfast. It was subpar. Only one person working in the kitchen at the time of my stay so the wait time was fairly long. The remote in my room did not work for the duration of my stay and even had someone come in to try to fix it with no success. I was unable to watch television for all 3 nights.
