"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"This place is an absolute dump! The pictures on the site are nothing like real life. I was in London with family and friends over christmas and had to complete the stay due to limited availability and last minute pricing. "Booking was straight forward with good communication. Hosts were very welcoming, with nothing too much trouble. Accommodation was well equiped and as described. Garden was 100% dog safe. All added to the lovely experience we had over 2 nights. Would highly recommend"
