Khách sạn gần Quảng trường Thiên An Môn tại Bắc Kinh

"Excelente estancia. El hotel no es muy acogedor ni se siente ambiente familiar. Su apariencia es más bien de hotel ejecutivo. Pero cumple con todo lo que promete. Muy limpio, buen precio, buena ubicación, el personal amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo totalmente para estancias breves de turismo o de negocios."

"That was a wonderful experience. Calmness and tranquility greeted us as we walked in. Expedia helped us check in earlier, and the upgraded room offered a private apartment with a bedroom, living room, and huge bathroom; I wish I could stay longer. The space was clean and packed with technology. The location was very good, and breakfast was amazing, with many different options and choices. Thank you very much for being part of your journey and delivering a high-quality experience while...

"Excellent service from hotel staff."

"My stay was exceptional. The hotel staff were very friendly and even provided a packed lunch each day. The location was also very convenient. I would highly recommend staying here."

"All was perfect & gorgeous, except AC couldn’t make it colder! & the pool was not warm enough"

"My first impression of this hotel was incredibly poor, starting from the moment we pulled up to the lobby. Unlike every other 5-star hotel I have stayed at, there were no staff members available to help us unload our luggage from the car. This lack of service carried right into a frustrating check-in process. I had booked two Forbidden City view rooms via Expedia. Upon arrival, the front desk agent claimed their system only showed one room because Expedia had cancelled the other. This logic made...

"This is a 5 star location and staff, at an off season 3 star price. Breakfast buffet worth every dime."

"Good staff"

"Room wasn’t bad clean everything worked and staff was pretty helpful"

"I thought that the place was magical and every detail was there in the rooms in the restaurant. I just love the way it looked smelled. It wasn’t overpower perfume which is one of the worst things these hotels keep doing. I don’t know why and I just the bed was extremely comfortable my only detail as I told the management was the service in the bar twice they forgot our drink and it took like 30 minutes and that part was a shame, and it wasn’t really full or busy to justify it other than that, I...

"Food and drinks at the bar were very good. Stayed 4 nights but recommend no more than 2 other guest were extremely rude. Receptionist double charged me even after I told her I payed in advance but I did not have an active eSIM at the time so wasn’t able to show proof and she stated that on her end it showed that I had not payed and took 2 days to get the refund back once I had internet service. Rooms were not cleaned I only noticed because I dropped something and looked under the bed and it was...

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the property because we had a young child and wanted a kitchen. The kitchen was well equipped with the essentials. Having laundry was also super convenient. The location is excellent and was walkable to Tiananmen and forbidden city. Tons of food options and shopping close by. I would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children."

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were warm, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile, which made me feel right at home. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a lovely place to relax after a long day of exploring Beijing. I also really appreciated the hotel’s convenient location, which made getting around and visiting nearby attractions so much easier."

"スタッフの対応が素晴らしかった"

"The hotel is decent, and the staff are very nice and friendly. However, I wish they were more proactive in providing important information. When I asked about visiting Tiananmen Square, they gave me directions but did not mention that I needed to reserve in advance or carry my passport. I ended up walking for an hour only to be turned away because I didn’t have my passport. I had to return to the hotel, make a reservation, and go back the next day. For a short tourist stay, this was a...
