"Good food. Great Hotel "

"Long time to check in"

"From the minute I arrived, everything was taken care of. The beds were ready, and I didn't have to wait for the gym to open. Breakfast was excellent—especially the Mexican on the egg station. The place was clean and architecturally beautiful."

"The room was with plenty of space for a solo traveler. The breakfast was not included to the plan but you can find one in the hotel restaurant or on the street. I did not find staff always in the front desk so I had to make a phone call to get out my car from the parking."

"It was ok. Good food, decent room, nice heated pool and parking. Price was fair market at 231 with dinner."

"Que hotel maravilhoso! Todo ano ficamos uns dias em Tiberias e notamos esse novo hotel. Tudo limpinho, organizado e bem decorado. A dona, uma querida e solicita em ajudar. A localização é excelente, na região central e o hotel é bem fácil de achar. Recomendo! Parabéns por esse novo hotel lindo na cidade!!"

"Great location. Deluxe suite was a small room w jacuzzi in room. Great location and view of the Sea. Balcony was pretty. In room coffee and water was nice. Clean comfy bed and linens"

"A habitação estava bem organizada e tudo disponível para uma boa estadia."

"Staff was very rude and did not appreciate guests being there. There was a lizard in our room we had to get out. Refuse to help with taxis, etc. could be because we were American. They also asked us to pay more at the hotel beyond our reservation by $700 and blamed it on Expedia. Pool slide and food were good!"

"There was no one at the reception desk at all and myself and others had to wait for how ever long I’m not sure at least and hour for myself no way to ale wet them / bell ? Buzzer ? Very dirty place people out in the main hallway very loudly talking . I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not good"

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful location with a private beach on the Kinneret. I saw some reviews complaining about music by the pool, but it was calm music and not too loud so don't let that put you off! 10/10 and would definitely stay here again."

"Friendly staff and helpful in many ways as a tourist Would love to experience the place when in full season with the pool open. great place- go."
