"The room as well as the elevators were dirty! A large group of young people from USA arrived to Hotel and there was a lot of noises, screaming, out loud music even late evenings but administration did nothing to calm down. Swimming pool and Gym open only from 10:00 am to 5 pm Breakfast was VERY GOOD!! "

"The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was good & service also. However, the cleaning products used by the hotel had an overpowering, pervasive perfumey smell that was awful. And altho the hotel was almost empty, they put all 3 of our rooms facing the very busy, very noisy (all night) Main Street. It was only for 2 nights, so we didn’t ask to change it, but if going again, I’d definitely request otherwise. "

"There is a lot to like about this place, quite street, the staff is helpful, the hotel is dog friendly, and do not charge extra for them. Convinient location. Will stay again when visiting Tibrerias."
